- Description
- Development of this 850,000 sf, highly-mechanized distribution center in California's Central Valley was completed in just 11 months. As owner-representative, T. J. REAGAN, INC. worked with The James N. Gray Company, (now Gray Construction) of Lexington, Kentucky, who acted as both the designer and builder. The center serves as the major hub of operations for Old Navy for the West Coast. It was completed in 1999 and won the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) award for best private project over $15 million in 2000.
