- Description
- In July 2016, in the midst of an extensive redevelopment project, LinkedIn and Google executed a complex, multi-property transaction, transferring three Mountain View buildings to LinkedIn. T. J. Reagan, Inc., in association with D. R. Young Associates, assumed the responsibility of completing the project. This included not only managing the transition of the project between two owners, but coordinating additional improvements to meet LinkedIn's specific needs. The site and building improvements included the conversion of five acres of parking lot into a "Central Campus" courtyard/meadow, an extensive food service/dining facility with specialty cafes in adjacent buildings, a fully equipped fitness center, a "Garage Band" tech lounge and a broadcast-ready "All-Hands" presentation space.
